Between Capons (14M) and turkeys (8M)
If there is one issue that stirred the minds every year at the approaching holiday season, it is that the choice for Christmas dinner, turkey between and capon. Turkey with chestnut has long been the favorite dish of the French, but over the years, capon, tastier and more calories, gained ascendancy over the clumsy bird.
